Anfitriona excelente, comunicativa y servicial. Ubicación céntrica y tranquila. Bien para aparcar. Habitaciones amplias y sencillas con baños espaciosos, todo muy limpio, servicio de habitaciones diario. Dispone de aire acondicionado. Como sugerencia, echo en falta (por lo espaciosa que es la habitación) alguna mesa o perchero para dejar cosas y ropa. Sería útil. Muchas gracias por alojarnos Paulina, disfrutamos mucho de la Huasteca potosina. Recomiendo este hotelito para visitar la zona!
Las instalaciones muy limpias desde que entré a recepción. La amabilidad también excelente desde que llamé para hacer la reservación. Las recámaras muy limpias al igual que los baños y la piscina muy, muy limpia y no tenía exceso de cloro. Todo estuvo tan bien que regrese en esa misma semana a volverme a hospedar. Muy contenta con las instalaciones del hotel y el servicio.
Un hotel muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Excelente atención, los dueños excelentes anfitriones, muy amables estuvieron siempre al pendiente de cualquier detalle. Tan a gusto estuvimos que nos quedamos 2 noches más de lo planeado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
El personal maravilloso, amables, atentos y están siempre al pensante de tus necesidades, tienes Internet en todo el Hotel por si quieres conectarte para trabajar, jugar en línea o ver una película a la orilla de la alberca. Es una excelente opción, pregunta por los desatinos o comidas a la habitación la Sra. Flor cocina rico y la dueña del Hotel es super amable. Incluso te consiguen taxi con mejor precio que en la calle y pasa por ti al Hotel
La primera habitación que me asignaron estaba muy linda y lujosa. Aunque la limpieza en sus sábanas de la cama fue lo malo ya que me percate de que no estaban limpias y se lo hize saber al propietario. Su respuesta fue muy amable en cambiarnos la habitación. Sin embargo nos mando a una habitación ya muy viejita con camitas también ya desgastadas y eso hizo de nuestra estancia algo incomoda. Pero aún así le daría una nueva oportunidad.

Excelente el trato y atención del personal. Las habitaciones bastante cómodas y agradables. Al parecer próximamente estrenarán piscina. Un punto en contra es la falta de estacionamiento, hay que dejar el auto afuera, y aunque dicen que no hay de que preocuparse, terminaron por robarme los tapones de las válvulas de las llantas.
Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, el trato súper amable y atendido por sus propietarios, costos justos, y súper céntrico. No se los demás hoteles Pero para mí fue una muy buena experiencia
